Joplin Missouri DOR Reviews and Tips
The staff were very helpful, especially considering COVID. They were very quick to guide and direct people while wearing masks and directing people to social distance safe spots. Also, the chairs were very spaced out so you didn’t have to worry about getting too close to anyone or worry about being too crowded. There was a little wait but that is to be expected with any DMV, especially without an appointment, however it only took me about 15 minutes of waiting until it was my turn. Next, the parking was okay, there isn’t really a whole lot of space towards the front of this DMV so expect to need to walk a little bit of distance to get in. Overall, I would rate it an overall positive experience, the staff were helpful, COVID restrictions were followed, and it was clean.
