Disorganized in method for signing in.. Difficult to sign in. No one toreally help

It's impossible to use this license office. They have information that appointments can be made, but they are not available and links don't work. They have a phone number but the mailbox is full and no messages can be left. They have an email but it is not answered!!! When I went to the office, the clerk could not explain why some customers had actually made and kept appointments but I and others could not. THIS OFFICE SHOULD UPDATE THE ONLINE INFORMAQTION TO SHOW NO APPOINTMENTS, NO PHONE CALLS, NO EMAIL! It's ridiculous to imply those things are available when they are not.

None of the online information about this office is correct. The appointment link does not work. The phone says no messages can be accepted. The email goes unanswered. They must at least make a correct listing about appointments. Frankly, a license office requires every single paper and fact and all are checked carefully, but their own information is missing, incorrect, or confusing.

I went to get a new temporary disabled placard. The first time I stopped by the wait list said 0 minutes so I waited about 15 minutes then I had to leave for another appt. I went back later that same day and the wait list said 0 minutes again but this time I was called immediately.
