It is an easy location to find. I went early in the COVID pandemic before many restrictions were in place, because I knew that would be coming. The counter was wiped down and hand sanitizer was used before I was allowed to approach the counter, which made me feel more secure. The employee was a bit confused about what documents I needed to get my driver's license renewed (since I was getting a Real ID type of license). I recommend taking any legal document you might possibly need, because I ended up needing more than I thought I would, but just happened to have them with me anyway.
