I have never encountered such rude and unprofessional employees in an office of any kind. Three women. They complained about the workload and how many hours they worked. They didn't appear to be concerned about whether they helped customers or not. Wait time is at least an hour. Been to this office several times and have never experienced this problem before. We went yesterday and was told we needed more papers. Took them back today and again...not what they needed. Husband said guess we'll have to go to Branson. Employee actually yelled at us....don't come back here...ever.

Incredibly rude and inefficient. We went to their office last year when we purchased a new car. The first mistake they made was listing the cash down as a trade in. That cost us a 2 month delay and extra money. Now a year later when we went to renew the plates we discovered that they listed the car as an electric vehicle. We had to get new plates and a corrected title. Which WE had to pay for - because - wait for it - WE didn't catch THEIR mistake. Also, because of their ineptitude the plates never were "attached" to the car, so potentially we could have been ticketed or taken in for improper registration. We didn't yell, we didn't accuse, we only asked why we had to pay for the error and was extremely rudely shown the verbiage pasted on a counter that we signed stating everything was correct. No apology, no let me explain. Only rudeness. Over THEIR mistake. Will GLADLY be driving to Branson for knowledgeable and courteous help. Negative rating.
