Prior Lake DVS Office

I arrived early to fill out the rest of my title transfer, and there was over 20 people in a line that wasnt moving much. These were the most curt people I have ever heard, as they barked at the crowd, and the next in line. I decided just to leave and go somewhere else because still have days to transfer a title. I told my neighbor I had to go there, and he hesitated then told me, that I should go to burnsville instead, because of the problems at the prior lake location. I'd give it half a star, because it had a chair to sit on.
