Columbia Heights DMV Office: 3982 Central Ave Ne

This is a horrible Wait times. Gas company came through the building with fluorescent vest and the Illegal started getting nervous. One spoke a little English and told me he could only come to Columbia Heights because they translate and he could not go to coon Rapids because they don't. This is not fair for residence because this is the reason why we have such long wait times. The worst part about it is I waited two hours and then Was told the title I tried to transfer had a scribble so I get to go back for another two hours and wait in line. When I complained to the head lady, she told me to make an appointment, which I see there are No appointments available when I need them. What good does it do To make appointments then? Don't tell people that just to get them to shut up out the door. They have every right to be upset because there are illegals hogging up US citizen time to get things done. Deport!!! Don't cater to illegal breaking the law people and make the other ones doing everything they're supposed to suffer.
