I pre-applied and had all my paperwork complete. The process was very quick and easy.

I used the online pre-application and the process was super fast! The pre-application made sure I had all the right paperwork.

It was incredibly unhelpful, I waited in line for like an hour and then they said their computer crashed so I couldn't get my ID renewed anyways. Now I will have to go yet again, and they dont even do appointments at the DMV near me and the ones further away dont have appointments for 2 months.

It is majorly confusing, incoherent, and unseemless. I try to click on "open" to make the schedules appear, but nada. They also weirdly try to have this "pre-application" like they don't really want anyone to succeed in making an appointment. I don't know what it's about, but it's a weird concept. The workers there also seem rude, inconsiderate, and depressed. Which is the last thing you want to know from the people who decide your future in driving.
