When I planned to visit the DMV office, I decided to google for the directions. I followed the direction given by google to the letter and I finally found myself in the exact location with so much ease despite the many bends, forests and hills.
When I drove through their gates, I was impressed by the parking attendants. They were so friendly and warm. They welcomed me in and directed me where to park my car. Their parking is quite spacious. They redirected me to their customer service staff that was quite receptive.

After discussing my issue with the customer service representative, I was then ushered to the waiting area where I had to wait for approximately 15-30 minutes. The long wait was due to the large number of people waiting at bay but to talk the truth, their services are prompt that’s why I tend to think many people favor the place.

In this place, the covid measures and procedures are followed to the letter. The staff checked my temperatures and was also directed on where to sanitize. Wow, the staffs here are so professional follows all protocols related to Covid and social distancing guidelines. I like the fact that their customer service is excellent and they’re not giving excuses due to Covid 19 complications. I would rate this place 5 star. I would advise any person, planning to visit DMV soon for any type of service to consider this place. You can login in to their website to check their reviews. Their online service is also world class. If you would feel you do not want to drive all the way, you can opt to have your issues sorted online.

When I left this place, I was so elated, fulfilled and not disgusted as has always been the case when I visit other DMVS. Mostly, they will not return you emails and if they do, it is these autogenerated messages which are not specific at all to the needs that one would like to be addressed. For any person that has been frustrated before, kindly consider visiting this place.
