Novi Michigan SOS Reviews and Tips
The location is easy to find. The branch is following strict COVID measures. Everything is by appointment and only a certain number of people are allowed in at a time. You are asked not to arrive more than 5 minutes early. We were on time and they were very far behind due to a systems issue earlier in the day. There was no for us to know this ahead of time. Therefore, we were there a very long time. Once it was our turn, the transaction was quick and easy.
