Bloomington Indiana BMV Reviews and Tips
The line was confusing, there wasn’t someone directing us where to go. I eventually realized I probably needed to wait in the line outside the building. They didn’t tell us how long the line would take or if it was the right line. They did have chairs inside where everyone was sitting at least six feet apart, which was good. I then went to talk to someone when my number was called, everything else was good after that.

Hello, if your vehicle does not already have a VIN, you will first need to apply for a special identification number (MVIN) before you can apply for a certificate of title or registration. When submitting your paper work,
you will need to fill out an Application for Special Identification Number-State Form 12907. For trailers, you will also need to submit a Trailer Ownership Affidavit-State Form 43753 for proof ownership. Vehicles must also be inspected by law enforcement, so you will need to bring a Physical Inspection of a Vehicle or Watercraft- State Form 39530. In addition to these state forms, please also bring one original side view picture of the entire vehicle, the receipts from purchasing, and a $10.00 application fee.
