Ada County's Driver's License Services offices now operate on an appointment-only basis, with walk-up services no longer available. To avoid being turned away, visitors must schedule an appointment beforehand.
Family members should only be brought to appointments if necessary for the transaction, and children are not permitted in the testing area.
Additionally, the Idaho Transportation Department offers online renewal services for driver's licenses.
