The staff was helpful and seemed to have a good system in place. Parking was a breeze. The signs on the door say they only accept people with appointments, but were letting people in without appointments, so that was very confusing. I can't remember if they took our temperatures before letting us in, but there were stickers on the floor of where to stand so people were distanced, and the chairs were spread out as well. The one thing that irked me was there were signs about how to properly wear a mask and that you should be wearing a mask, but some of the workers had the masks just covering their mouths and their noses were hanging out...and there was literally a graphic showing that that is incorrect use hanging up next to the workers! The other thing that was bizarre was there was an announcement at a certain time that the workers needed to stop what they were doing and do a wipe-down of things and to be patient if you're in the middle of talking to one, but not one single worker paused to do anything. Just kept going about their day like they didn't hear this announcement and didn't clean or wipe down anything. The only tip I can give is to make your appointment as early in the day as possible because the line to get in grew and grew after we were inside.
