The security guard at the Canon City office is very rude and nasty. We were there yesterday and told to come back today because my grandson‘s permit has been lost in the mail and they are supposed to have it so we went and he asked if we had an appointment we told him no and before we could explain why we were there he tells us we can’t see you today without an appointment Tried to explain to him we were told to come in and they would look really quick and get it for us and he flat refused to let us talk to anybody and was downright nasty.

Colorado is an “At-Fault” state, which means that the driver who is at fault for the accident is responsible for paying for damages and injuries. If you were not at fault for the accident, then you should not receive any points on your driving record

You can obtain your driving record from the Colorado DMV which includes all of the information relative to your driving history, including accidents, tickets, traffic violations, and identifying information for each driver. The record is maintained for the past seven years. You can also obtain an accident report by completing form DR2489 Requestor Release and Affidavit of Intended Use and paying the required fee
