Kenosha Wisconsin DMV Reviews and Tips
The location of the DMV was downtown and simple enough to find, but parking was an issue. The parking lot was filled, with I assume workers cars, and the side street parking was also full. I had to park a bit away and then walk to the location. They followed Covid procedures, but the room was still rather packed. Seating was spaced out, but there were a lot of individuals standing around. The staff was not very friendly, but they were not a problem to work with. I went up to the check-in counter to advise what I was there for, was given a number, and was told to sit down. I waited for my number to be called, which seemed like it took forever. Once my number was called, the process at the second window was fairly quick. Again, the worker did not seem excited to be there and was very short with me. The wait was longer than I had hoped for, but this is typical when going to the DMV. I would suggest others to make an appointment for the service they are going for, if possible, because it may make the process go quicker. I also noticed that some services are now available online. With Covid and if you do not have time to make it to the DMV, as their hours are not very late especially if you work an 8 to 5 job, this would be a more convenient option.
