I did not have to wait long for my appointment to renew my license. The staff were courteous and people were spaced far enough apart that I did not feel uncomfortable. The process of renewal was easy since I had filled out my paperwork ahead of time. There were maybe 10 people ahead of me in line but the line moved quickly.

This location is very easy to find and in a convenient location. There is a person at the door to greet people who I have found to be consistently rude and unhelpful. The staff inside are much better equipped to handle inquiries of any kind. The person at the door clearly is only there to find out what you need - if they're going to keep someone there, they need someone who is more willing to actually help people.
