I took my son to get his driver's license. The wait for an appointment was really long and then they didn't send me reminders like they said they would. I called the office and I was on hold forever but once I got ahold of a person they were very helpful and i was very pleased. My tip is to make sure and read carefully all the paperwork you need to bring because things might have changed.
