Ephrata Washington DOL Reviews and Tips
The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. There is tons of parking because it's in a small strip mall, shared by a few other small stores. It's definitely easy to find. I would suggest just going in early in the week without an appointment, when they are never busy. They tend to be busiest on Thursdays and Fridays, so skip those days if you can. This is the friendliest DMV I have ever been to, in any state.
