Bothell Washington DOL Reviews and Tips
Parking is difficult to find but the location is fairly easy to find. They only allowed 5 people at a time inside because of Covid and had 2 windows open. Of course, masks were mandatory. The wait time was about 30 minutes. The woman who assisted me was nice enough and professional.
