Seattle Washington DOL Reviews and Tips
The staff was very helpful and did a good job enforcing social distancing guidelines in the time of the COVID pandemic. They understood that appointment times were limited and that everyone there really wanted to get their errand at the DMV accomplished expeditiously. However, I would say that they were somewhat understaffed. The employees there were trying their best to get everyone processed as quickly as possible, but there were only 3 people working at the time of my appointment. It seemed that they had far more windows that were appropriately spaced apart for the pandemic that they did not use. I suspect it was a combination of COVID restrictions and staffing issues.
