The staff was very helpful, unfortunately the "line" system doesn't work the best. You're suppose to check in with a link they email you. Then get in a virtual line and wait in your car until your number is called. I think this system was great to limit crowds and increase social distancing. However my number was never called, fortunately the employee was kind and helpful and expedited me to the front of the line due to the error. The typical wait after you check in should only be 5 to 10 minutes, if your number isn't called by then go ask for help. Also it makes it easier if you call ahead and have all your paperwork completed before you get to the service window.

This is ridicules I’ve been trying to make an appointment & I can’t find where to go to get an appointment I keep getting sent to all these different websites & I don’t see where to make my appointment. Y'all need to do better instead of just wanting everything done online or by mail.
