Staff was very rude, insulting, unfriendly, and not helpful at all.

It was easy to find. It's really big. Plenty of parking. This was my first time using an appointment to go to the DMV and it definitely saved time over past experiences. There was some slight confusion about them finding my appointment and I'm still not totally sure what the issue was, but they were able to handle my renewal fairly quickly. Definitely use the appointment system. Covid procedures seemed pretty standard.
