Nashville DMV Office: 624 Hart Lane

The location itself was relatively easy to find and there was also plenty of parking available which was nice. Furthermore, there were social distancing protocols in place and everyone was required to wear their masks which added to the pleasant experience. The staff were also helpful and were efficient at expediting the line so that everyone could get to see a teller.

The staff were helpful at organizing a socially distanced line and making sure that everyone there adhered to Covid protocols. Additionally, the parking was abundant and although the location was rather far from the center of Nashville, it was not difficult to find. Ultimately, in terms of tips for people that visit this DMV in the future, I would just go in with the mindset that it could take a couple hours so that when it inevitably does you are not completely frustrated and annoyed with the process.

They did a really good job of keeping people spaced apart. The key is making an appointment online. The waits for day of were awful, but with our appointment we were seen within 10 minutes and out of there in 30.
