Nashville DMV Office: 624 Hart Lane

The location itself was relatively easy to find and there was also plenty of parking available which was nice. Furthermore, there were social distancing protocols in place and everyone was required to wear their masks which added to the pleasant experience. The staff were also helpful and were efficient at expediting the line so that everyone could get to see a teller.

The staff were helpful at organizing a socially distanced line and making sure that everyone there adhered to Covid protocols. Additionally, the parking was abundant and although the location was rather far from the center of Nashville, it was not difficult to find. Ultimately, in terms of tips for people that visit this DMV in the future, I would just go in with the mindset that it could take a couple hours so that when it inevitably does you are not completely frustrated and annoyed with the process.

They did a really good job of keeping people spaced apart. The key is making an appointment online. The waits for day of were awful, but with our appointment we were seen within 10 minutes and out of there in 30.

Waited 2 hours to get drivers license renewed when I could have used the kiosk since I had no changes and the worker did not tell me!!!!

I have a 1 because, there are not any signs to direct you where to go. Plus, I waited 2 hours for drivers license renewal ( no changes) when I could have completed on the kiosks. No personnel I talked to informed me of this! Poor service and communication.

Awful! Had 2 wait 2 hours to get a renewed drivers license ( no changes) until I realized I could do it on the kiosk….
The employee that I checked in with did not inform me of this and later, the excuse was she was new and forgot to tell me.
No signs to direct you to check in and would be helpful if someone was at the door to direct you.
