Standing outside in the cold due to poorly designed workflow in the building.

Just got back from the DMV and was very pleased with the service there especially considering how many people they serve every day. They are all pretty amazing folks who work there. I did go about an hour early to get a parking space and to get in as early as possible. I strongly suggest that! it’s worth it for the amount of time it saved me once I got into the DMV. I was very pleased with the service there, and with the efficiency of the people who work there. Excellent service!
