The folks at the Dickson Drivers .testing location made a difficult and exasperating situation go much more smoothly than I would have expected when dealing with a government entity. They were sympathetic about the issue, and spent extra time and effort to resolve the problem. They would be excellent examples to follow at any business , and particularly at any or all government facilities.
