Following a recent move from Georgia I went to the Arlington Road DMV for a drivers license, auto registration and a title. After hearing stories, I was prepared for the worst. I arrived at 10:20. The line to check in stretched the entire length of the building but it moved steadily and my check-in was completed in 15 minutes. I had my license, tags and a new title and was on the road in a little less than an hour and a half. A staff member named Lisa White was especially helpful. She served me as I was getting applications and supporting documents together. She also took my picture and presented my license at the other end of the procedure. The lady at Station One on 8/13/25 (Sorry I didn't get her name) processed my applications. She was personable, efficient, thorough and friendly. My dreaded trip to The DMV turned out to be a pleasant, successful trip thanks to these two very professional employees.
Very efficient and courteous, solved our complex problem with a smile at window 3!
