Columbia South Carolina DMV Reviews and Tips
This is my local DMV office, and I've been going there for 35 years or so. It has been updated over the years with a fancy ticket system and the waiting room has tvs and stuff. It used to be a chore going there, but lately, I've been zipping in and out. They've really streamlined things, and I don't dread going any longer. During the pandemic they've had appointment times, and that was nice to see.

The staff was typical and the wait was long. It's easy to find and there is plenty of parking. Be prepared to wait because even though I had an appointment I had to wait a ridiculously long time. Once they finally got to me, I still had to wait for them to finish with me.

Very easy to schedule. If you have an appointment your wait time is close to nothing. Very easy to park and find information regarding covid protocols.
