The appointment time seemed to help me get through a lot quicker. There were a lot of people waiting, but I am assuming that I had an appointment for my photo, it made the process a whole lot quicker. The parking lot was big and easy to access. It does sneak up on you a bit because it is prior to the sign for the building. It also can only be accessed if you are traveling in a certain direction. I would say to schedule an appointment or try and go very early in the morning to ensure that you do not have a very long wait time.
