The wait was long but understandable due to covid-19. The people were pleasant to work with.

They never answer the phone number listed. Always goes to fax

Bad customer service, one employee was overexplaining about a membership is needed to get right away service. The other employee assisted with overplaining. I was the only customer behind the young lady.

The second employee sat back down to her desk and made we wait 10 more minutes before she asked to service me (now about 5 more customers walked in).

She was rude and loud...my camera card was misplaced and she continued to say go to the DMV.

Along with the other customer, I thought we were another set of satisfied customers, imagine if we were Caucasian.

Wish I could give NO STARS.

I was only trying to have my license renewed. My intake person Barbara, an older senior than myself, is rude and demanding. She cannot answer any question w/o making the recipient of customer care feel 3ft. tall. I asked for additional photos to be taken as I was not represented well in the picture.
Don't cross this PennDOT representative! Her irrational hostile mood is based on some other business going on within the confines of a AAA provider. Don't go in there after dark. no one else needs to know about packages other than travel!

I was able to ge my PA Identification card quickly, without having to wait in line as long as expected at the Philadelphia DMV.

Disappointed that the website hours and the actual hours don't match. Arrived at 4:27 to renew my photo driver's license. The website says the it closes at 5:00. When I arrived they said they stop at 4:15. My question is why does the website say 5:00? When I asked this question, I received a snarky response, "The hours are on the window." They are in fact on the window, but they don't match the hours on the website. I had tried calling throughout the day, but no one answered. Once upon a time the response would have been, "I'm so sorry for your inconvenience. I'm sure it is frustrating to have made the trip. Thank you for letting me know of the conflicting times. We'll look into it." Customer service and common decency are a thing of the past.
