Batavia New York DMV Reviews and Tips
The way to get into the building was kind of dumb, they had you walk around the entire exterior of the building to enter the office. I understand this was due to COVID procedures, but I don't know how someone with poor health would have been able to navigate this course.

The Agency at Batavia was the best among the ones i have visited before. The staff are really efficient at what they do let alone the fact that they are good time managers as i did not wait for long before i got served despite the agency having lots of visitors on that particular day. It seemed to me like they have mastered the art of customer service. I did not find it difficult to reach the offices since am a frequent user of google maps and was in the company of a friend .The parking lot was very busy but i did get myself a space for my car. I also loved the fact that the Agency has done pretty much in ensuring adherence to the Covid-19 stipulated guidelines. I would therefore recommend the Batavia Agency to anyone out there in need of sorting his/her Drivers Licensing issues as fast as you would wish. They are the genuinely dedicated to excellent service delivery. Just amazing!
