Concord DMV Office: 33 Hazen Dr., Rm 106A

The staff was helpful and polite, but they were very busy so it was somewhat difficult to find the staff. With covid precautions in place, they didn't want anyone entering the building unless it was absolutely necessary, and the DMV is in a large building with a pretty big parking lot so trying to figure out who worked there and who didn't was challenging. The location is reasonably easy to find, especially with a GPS, but it's only one of a couple of big buildings that all look the same so you have to pay attention to the signs on the road and the names above the entrance to the buildings. Parking is good at this location, but if you're going for a driving test you have to park in a specific area that isn't obviously marked (at least at the time of my visit). The wait times weren't very long when I went, but may be longer without an appointment.
