They NEVER answer the phone!
I’ve been calling for weeks now to schedule an appointment for my license. They never answer the phones and it’s not allowing to schedule on line. Need to do better

Very poor customer service. I brought everything I needed to get the Real Drivers license. But then was told I needed my birth certificate and SS number. I am retired military and none of that was any good she said!! I’m just getting a regular drivers license only.
