Went to this location on Friday, August 30,2024. Arrived shortly before 12:00 as they do not take walk-ins before 12:00 and the appointments are full for the next few months. Stood in line in the hot sun, over 100* with heat index, at 2:00 the lady came out and told all of us that we would need to come back on another day because they only had 2 people working and there were over 40 people inside waiting. They really need a better system or at least let people who are standing in the weather know before they stand there for hours. It really was RIDICULOUS!!!!!
