The staff was pretty helpful and I didn't experience much of a wait. It wasn't busy when I went, so I only waited for about 15-20 minutes or so. It was sanitary and everyone seemed to be following Covid and social distancing measures. My only real complaint was a lack of employees working. There were only two employees at their desks serving people, but it wasn't busy so it didn't take long. Everyone was helpful and very nice, so overall I was satisfied.

I waited 3 hrs to get my driver’s license. You are able to leave and they contact you when your number comes up.
However, they called me days later and told me my picture had to be retaken.
When I went back and checked in, I did not expect to wait again since this was only a picture and obviously not my fault.
However, I was not called and someone was put ahead of me. After 20 minutes, I left.
Totally inexcusable.

I waited 3 hrs for my renewal over a week ago.
A day later they called me and said the picture had to be retaken.
Last week, I called and said i was coming in, checked in, and they made me wait. I left after 20 minutes.
I should not have had to wait at all. This was not my fault that I had to come back. A picture would have taken less than a minute.
Shame on them !

I waited 3 hours to get my license on a Friday at 12. That was fine. I left, waited for updates and returned.
However, the next day they called and told me they had to retake my picture. When I went back, they made me wait knowing all I needed was a picture retaken (which was their error, not mine).
I left and have still not returned.
