Great service. Fast.
This was my 3rd visit since moving to Indiana from South Carolina. Same person, same rudeness. Worst BMV out of the 5 states we’ve lived in. Excuses of having a bad day when called out for their rudeness. Maybe get a different job as Stephanie has been absolutely rude each time I’ve been in as well as my husband who had to deal with her rudeness when he went here there once. I’d be written up in my profession for treating people so crappy!!
Great and friendly staff very efficient they get you in and out quickly best branch in Indy have used this location often In lobby kiosks also easy to use and staff therre to assist with the kiosk
Transferred my license plates and the transaction with your representative went extremely well. She explained the transfer, and answered any questions I had.
We paid for 4 registrations, but only received 3. Next time, please send brief note of license identity, with the other registrations to explain, a new plate is on the way. Now it's a few days from the expiration deadline. It would have helped to received a notice, to show authorities, if there is an issue. We've wasted time trying to call the Bureau, & now online. We know you're busy, but so are we. Thank you.
