I was there to renew my DL. There was one service window available the whole time unused even though 15 people were in the wait queue. The person calling out numbers for the next in line should have called out louder. One number didn't go up I think due to not hearing but I didn't help announce since it is one fewer person before me plus that person should constantly like all waiters, listen for numbers caller. The license sticker window was busy but no one waited there very long.

I was there to renew my DL. Many others were there for DL activity too so the wait was long. The staff was courteous but there was one window station unattended the entire time. The person calling out the number of the next to be served could have been louder. The stations for computerized road tests should be separated from the waiting area for quietness but were not. There was always a worker at the station for license plate sticker renewal.

HORRIBLE!!! and I say it in the nicest way ever.. the ladies in the front were amazingly helpful they sat me down processed my appointment took my picture and accepted my documents which included US passport, my birth certificate, and ss last name change confirmation paper (I just filed for it yesterday its in the mail) along with my marriage certificate I was called up by KIERA RHOADES who has horrible customer service and REFUSED to help me simply because I stated a comment to my daughter quietly about how stupid it was she was refusing to help for not having the actual ss card she proceeded to get LOUD saying she wasn't going to help name due to the comment I made. I kept my best composure as I was also trying to get my two kids that were with me IDs both minors son14 daughter12 she walked away and was so unprofessional. If you encounter this lady please SMILE AND BE AS KIND AS YOU CAN BE she will most likely refuse to help you too!!!!
