Unfortunately they are very backed up. They don't accept deeds or service address correspondence. I thought the supervisor was abrupt and rude!!

I have a license plate to turn in due to buying a new car. Because of my work schedule, I cannot make it into the DMV during business hours. I was told I could mail it in - could you let me know the address and to whom I would address it? Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!
