The staff is always helpful. However, they use a virtual queue where you can sign up to receive text messages that allow you to hold your place in line without physically being there. It provides an estimate of how long your wait is and how many people are ahead of you. My initial wait was quoted as an hour but instead ended up being twice as long. So the queue isn't very accurate at predicting wait times. Fortunately, I don't live far at all so I was able to do some work at home while waiting my turn. Parking is limited because it's located in a small shopping center. Masks are required but I don't recall if hand sanitizer is provided. Once your number is called, however, the staff is pretty efficient in completing your request as long as you personally have all your documents and information in order. Appointments are no longer required but they're helpful. Social distancing is not enforced but encouraged through every other seat being marked as unavailable.
