Workers here are not friendly and they don’t really notify you that you are getting a photo until last minute.Try to make conversation and not friendly at all!
Has always been efficient and knowledgeable people .
I went to there office to get a new title for my trailer and things went south from there. I have 15 vehicles licensed and titles three them and they would not use my drivers license for proof of address ! My drivers license is out of state which has been ok before and they have all my other vehicles on there computer but that was not good enough .i now need a copy of a utility bill from my home in fort lupton toget this done! I have 6 rentals in fort lupton with my name on them but that was not good enough. I tried to talk to a supervisor but they were on break and was told to wait 20 minutes! This is terrible service and I left! So I guess I will transfer my. Vehicles out of state and license them there and they will lose the revenue!
This is GREAT!! The website states clearly that appointments are required but there is NO LINK to actually make an appointment. Whoever designed this website is an idiot!
Appointment system worked marvelously and I felt fully served, on time and on purpose. PLUS it was pleasant!
