Needed a driver's license renewal. I would recommend making an appointment, although on this day I would not have needed one. The place was practically empty of customers.
I was in & out in less than 10 minutes.
I remember 3 hour waits.
The associate was very, very pleasant & helpful.
Clean. There were no computer crashes, or waiting in multiple lines.
One person for everything.

The Shannon Rd location: During the remodel, the check in station is maned at a table outside the temp trailer. This is where the public "checks in" initially. The smug people at this desk need further training to understand that a SENTRI passport card IS a passport and is acceptable I.D. by ADOT They refused me and my up to date card and turned me away. I should have forced them to contact a superior for their education but did not and had to drive home to get my birth certificate. ADOT please, educate your employees!!

Renewed my license, the lady that assisted me was prompt knowledgeable and helpful. She handed me the printout temporary paper license. The information was correct and updated, and my signature was clear. However, when my license arrived, portions of my signature were missing. This is unusable as an identification/drivers license.
When I returned to the Show Low ADOT/MVD to request a replacement, O was told to pay for a new one, given a phone number of the MVD Constituent Services. No one answered the phone, left messages no reply, no call back. This is unacceptable.
