Eau Claire DMV Office: 3115 Melby Street

I showed up later than I typically do. If you show up right at open the wait is usually shorter. The staff were helpful but the process was very slow.

I thought the staff were very helpful at this DMV location. They had to deal with a lot of different situations and angry people, but it was of no fault of the workers. They were fair and honest of what they could do to help out. I had no issues whatsoever. I came during a busier time so it didnt go as fast as I wanted it to, but that's something that I could've avoided by going at a different time. The slow people had complicated issues and were trying to cause a scene that slowed things down a bit. My situation was straightforward and easy to figure out. The workers were very clear at what need to be done and what was expected of me. I know people don't like going to the DMV, but this location was very good. There was plenty of parking and the location was very easy to spot off of Melby St. Covid procedures were being followed making sure ppeople were distanced and had a mask on.
