Spokane Washington DOL Reviews and Tips
I made an appointment at the DMV for 2:30pm to take test & have my photo taken. It was standing room only and I still had to wait, even with an appointment. After 30 minutes, my number gets called, I get to the counter and the DMV agent was friendly and polite. You know, I've found that if you go early in the morning before it opens, like stand in line 30 minutes before it opens in the morning, the whole experience is quick and easy. The workers just had their coffee and they're somewhat chipper.
