DON'T BOTHER TO CALL. it says you can make an appointment, but it's BS. I called and pressed every option and it's all recorded messages that honestly aren't helpful at all. There is NO MENTION OF MAKING AN APPOINTMENT ON THEIR RECORDING. But, it's Pullman, and slow country town, so I'm not surprised. :/ they get a 3 out of 5 only bc I feel bad for the employees. My experience was a direct result of managements decidions, not the employees.
