I hate this! Went to the office and there were several people ahead of me, so I left. Went home and called the phone number to speak to someone. After navigating the lengthy menu (which was useless because the question I had was not among the options), I finally pressed "0" and was told the wait time to speak to someone was 58 minutes! I would rate the level of customer service of this office as a minus 10!

The worst experience of my life it's a joke ever since covid you can't even get into the damn office and then when you do it's full of Mexicans I'm an American and I can't even get in the office because all the Mexicans but yeah it was a joke
