This place is horrible. Horrible service, and unhelpful staff. There is an unwillingness to work here.

Co Not Use this place. I was there 3 1/2 hours today... Tuesday 04-11-2023 I had an appointm and they let walk ins ahead of me. Very rude and unprofessional. Went to Baytown DMV Andrea's seen in 45 minutes. Will NEVER use this very RUDE and unprofessional place again. Go to Baytown and be treated polite and seen very quick. Rude and hateful people at Librrty DMV

I didn’t pass driving test because of a supposedly curb you can’t even tell that it’s a curb 🙄.

The most unorganized place I’ve been too.. They told me one thing when I got there and then 5 minutes later told me something different so I had to leave and come back.

Hi, I was issued a 2nd liscence after receiving a 1st one. I would like to keep the 1st one since the 2nd one has a middle name I no longer use on documents. Please advise if I need to come in. Thank you.

Hello,

Texas law requires that you only have one ID. Please contact customer service for more information on if/how you should surrender the extra driver's license: (512) 424-2000
