I'm not sure why we have an appointment when you end up waiting for over 2 hrs. Very inefficient.

I think this whole system sucks. They’re making me come in physically for a renewal make me do it online and then make it impossible to find anywhere to make an appointment online. How cruel is that it is like trickery. I have already spent hours and still don’t know how to make an appointment which I have to make to renew. And you can’t even think about calling that’s out of the question. I am sitting here still wondering what to do next because nothing works just to make a simple little appointment.

The article for this place said walk ins taken, first come first serve after appointments. Got here, stood in line 45 minutes, then told to go home if no appointments. They lied on their site. Next appointment available March 12, so I can hope I don't get stopped in the meantime. This whole system is not geared toward tax paying citizens.

We were not able to schedule an appointment on line This is the worst I have ever seen a DPS. There need to be more DPS offices scattered around FT Worth instead just 2 or 3
