If there was a zero star option that’s what I would give. Their office opens at 8:30. We had a 9:00 appointment and weren’t seen until after 10:15. Employees were rude and had no sense of urgency. We were made to re-fill out forms for information that they already had in their system. The online scheduling system is the opposite of efficient or helpful. The typical stereotype of Government workers.

When my daughter and I went for her learners permit, we had a great experience. Staff was friendly and efficient. We forgot a document and Larry ?last name I dnt remember was extremely helpful by getting us another same day appointment to continue our application at another location (U.C. office) because our missing document was back in N.E San Antonio!
