I’m unable to reach anyone by phone y’all have it set up to where you cannot speak to a person. I have tried to make appointments online for over a six month now. I get rerouted to tax companies, schedulers, everyone except the DPS to make an appointment. And I just got pulled over and I don’t have my right address. This is a problem. I don’t understand why it has become so difficult to get your license correct. My license number is 19457693. My address on my license is 14089 Broken Arrow Dr., Willis, TX 77378 and I need to switch it to 6539 FM 232 Crockett TX 75835, my name is Jon Townsend And I think it’s horrible that a little old DMV office in Crockett Texas. I can’t walk in and get my life fixed.
