Came in with my son for his appointment. When we got there found out the whole system was down. We drove in for Dallas and super frustrated. Came back the following Monday. They squeesed us in for him to take his driving test. The usual instructor was full. Thought we were going to have to drive back another day but Nikki saved the day and did the test with him. In Dallas this would never happen. Thank you so much Nikki! Kim

The staff at this location were courteous and very helpful. They made getting my son's learner's permit a pleasant and easy process. I would highly recommend using this location!

I went to Corsicana office due to the fact I could not get appointment for a month later and my licenses would run out next week. Nikki worked to get me in and was very compassionate and helpful. I have had bad experiences at other offices, and this was a great experience. Thank you, Nikki, to set me up with an appointment that day.

I had to renew my drivers license. I went to the Corsicana. TX location and was helped by Nikki. She was very cordial and informative. When I had to go home to get my passport, she said to come right back and she would help me without having to wait in line. As soon as I walked back in the door, she was ready to assist me. This was the most pleasant experience I've had with renewing a license.

Michelle was very helpful in renewing my driver's license. I didn't have all the necessary documents with me, but she sent me to the court house for a copy of my birth certificate and got my paperwork processed when I returned.

In order to change my name on my bank account and other important locations, I needed to get my driver's license updated ASAP.. the appointment times started in November. I went to the office and Nikki heled me to get this taken care of the next day! She was so compassionate and professional, two things hard to find. She went out of her way to help me and I really appreciate her.
