Staff was able to do their job but nothing special. Incredibly long wait if you visit on a Saturday. The location was easy to find and easy to park. Covid procedures were in place. I'd advise arriving early upon opening.

I did not have an appointment so when I went and due to the COVID restrictions the lines were long and I waited for about 30 minutes to get inside and take a number as they were only allowing a few persons at a time in the center. I took a number and waited for about 15 minutes before being called. I paid for my registration and ID and waited to get my picture taken which was another 10 minutes total. The staff was pleasant all this time and did a good job regardless of the situation and they did try to not allowing customers who had forgotten documents in their car to rejoin the line again. The wait was a bit long but all in all the experience was pleasant as everyone was patient
