Wilkes-Barre DMV Office: 222 Wilkes-Barre Twp. Blvd. Wilkes-Barre, PA 18702

It was very easy to find, at least if you're from the Wilkes Barre area. The parking is adequate and the covid distancing is reasonably setup, at least for the photo license department, which is where I was. The only tips I have are what should be the already obvious ones. Make sure you bring your photo card, old driver's license if you have one, and another form of ID. Otherwise, you'll probably be sent away and forced to come back with them. I actually saw a woman who had to leave because of not having all her items.

The location is easy to locate. There is plenty of parking in the parking lot and the area is open and spacious. The facility was clean and well ventilated. I felt that it was run relatively well during the pandemic and I thought that it went smoothly. It was a longer wait than it typically would be, but I expected it. The staff was friendly and helpful and attentive to my questions and needs. Once I had my gotten everything that I needed, I was quickly able to leave without any issues.

It's off the main interstate so it's a bit hard to find, it is located after a state police building so make sure to not accidentally pull in there.
